1. Scope of Work
We will provide roofing services as outlined in the service agreement. Any additional work beyond the agreed scope will require a written change order and may incur additional charges.

2. Estimates and Payments

-All estimates are valid for 7 days from the date issued.

-A deposit of 15% is required to secure the project, with the remaining balance due upon completion.

-Payment can be made through various payment methods we have available, such as Visa, MasterCard, Affinity Card, American Express cards or online payment methods (PayPal, for example).

-Late payments may incur fees.

3. Warranty Information

-Material Warranty: Materials may include manufacturer warranties, for which we can assist with claims.

-Workmanship Warranty: Our labor is guaranteed for 2 years from project completion.

4. Scheduling and Delays
We strive to adhere to the agreed timeline but may experience delays due to weather, material availability, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

-Ensure clear access to the property for our team and equipment.

-Secure pets, children, and valuables during the project

6. Permits and Compliance
We will handle necessary permits unless otherwise stated. All work will comply with local building codes and regulations.

7. Damage and Liability
We will take care to minimize damage during the project. However, we are not responsible for incidental damage to landscaping, driveways, or other property unless caused by negligence.

8. Cancellations
Customers may cancel projects by providing 7 days' written notice. Cancellation fees may apply to cover costs incurred for materials or scheduling.

9. Dispute Resolution
Disputes will be resolved through mediation before any legal proceedings. Both parties agree to negotiate in good faith.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the work performed.

11. Privacy Policy
Customer information is used solely for completing agreed services and is not shared with third parties without consent.

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Please review them periodically for updates.
